We have all had viruses, adware and spyware inside our machines one time or another. They can be as severe as ransomware to the very irritating browser popups for ads. We can seek and destroy all these problems and prevent them from happening again.
We can advise you on what Antivirus software to install or buy. Please be aware that this software(s) can’t block everything, as no software can do this.
Please note that if you get the ransomware virus, then you will most likely have to pay, as the creators have encrypted all of your data. This is why it is always recommended to have an offsite backup, like our cloud backup.
Some of your data may also be compromised and may have to be deleted, we will always contact you beforehand.
LEVEL 1
Level 1 will use software(s) to remove the issues. if this doesn’t work we shall move onto Level 2 Virus, Adware and Spyware Removal.
We will always try the first two stages in order to save you money. We do not stack the prices of Virus, Adware & Spyware Removal, they are all independent of each other.
LEVEL 2
If Level 1 has not been successful, then we will attempt to remove the virus by manually going into the Operating System (OS). There is a chance that during the removal process the system files of the Operating System will be corrupted. If this doesn’t work, then we shall move onto Level 3 Virus, Adware and Spyware Removal.
We will always try Level 1, in order to save you money. We will not charge you for more than one stage.
LEVEL 3
If both Level 1 and Level 2 Virus, Adware & Spyware Removal fail, then our final solution will be Level 3. This involves reinstalling the Operating System (OS) back to factory default. Your personal files will be a priority and transferred over to the virus(s) free Operating System. We can not copy over software, for example Microsoft Office, Photoshop, etc. While your personal files are being transferred, they will be scanned for traces of the virus(s).
We will always try Level 1 and 2, in order to save you money. We will not charge you for more than one level.

It is always important to have your data/files backed up. We have a rule of thumb at Yan Technology - "If your data/files are not in 3 places, you have no data". What that means is you should always have 1 copy on your PC/Mac/Laptop. 1 copy on a backup hard drive and 1 copy on the cloud or a offsite location.
