- 01We crurrently charge home users £50.00/hr and business* £60.00/hr. Diagnostic is charged at a fixed rate fee of £30.00. You will not need to pay for the diagnostic if you take the repair out with us. *If you are a sole trader and not paying VAT under your own name you will be charged the home rate price instead of the business rate.
- 02You have nothing to worry about, we do not go through your data unless we have too. If we do we will always ask for your permission beforehand in black and white text! - 03Yes, one month (30 days) on Hardware* and Software**. *One year standard manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated. Please note you will need to contact the manufacturer yourself along side the serial number of your parts. **Warranty on software is only when the technicians hasn't installed it properly or in the correct location. Any void serial numbers or software crashing after updates is to be taken up with the software manufacturer.
- 04Yes, you will get an invoice for all work and products carried out. It will emailed to the address provided. Unfortunately we no longer print and post.
- 05We don't always enforce a fee in order to keep your costs low, but If you are outside our catchment area, you will be charged a small fee for fuel.
- 06Yes, we repair both Macs & Linux/Unix based machines including chromebooks.
- 07Yes if it is a software issue. If it is a hardware problem we will have a look at it and report the issue back to you.
- 08We currently have a 95% repair rate but on the very rare occasion you will be given a few options from our engineers on a solution.
- 09No, just contact us 1 hour before via phone or email to rearrange.

- 11Yes, we can set up all mobile phones, iPhones, Android. We can also setup your new or old tablets.
- 12We accept payment in cash, bank transfer, cheque (with guarantee card) and we also accept all major credit and debit cards via paypal/google checkout (5% surcharge applied). A full receipt will be given. All instructions are included in the invoice that will be emailed to you. In 2019 we will be accepting Bitcoin, Ethereum and other Cypto Currency.
- 13No. We do not charge for travelling time, even though the EU wants us to!
- 14Yes, you can drop your equipment for repair and servicing. Please arrange before you arrive to assure someone is present.
- 15Yes we give a fixed discounts to Registered charities. We also have special offer rates from month to month.
