2.1 We accept all forms of payment; All major credit/debit cards, cash, cheque, bank transfer, cryptocurrency.

3.1 Delivery of hardware/software is charged at 2 rates; standard and fast. We always judge which is best suited for the clients needs.

4. Your right of cancellation

4.1 If no work has been carried out and you have paid the diagnostic fee, we are more than happy to refund your diagnostic fee. If work has been carried out, you will have to pay the diagnostic fee. Please let us know ASAP if you wish to cancel the service/repair.

7. Images, Video and Multimedia

7.1 All multimedia content on Yan Technology is taken by the owners of Yan Technology. It is solely our property and should not be downloaded or used without permission. If items are used without consent a DMCA/takedown notice will be submitted. On the rare occasion Yan Technology allows content to be used on 3rd party websites, a source and link should be visible giving credit to Yan Technology.

7.2 Stock Images; The use of stock images/icons throughout the site and credit to the original owners can be found at the following websites; pixabay.com, wix.com, flaticon.com, material.io, stockio.com, endlessicons.com, shareicon.net, icons8.it .

Any media that has been purchased by Yan Technology must not be copied or downloaded without the owners prior permission. Any media downloaded and owned that is open sourced must respect the open license agreement or Apache license version 2.0.

8. Returns

8.1 We currently do not have a returns policy setup as we no longer own a shop. In most cases a 7 to 14 day return policy will apply when buying on the client's behalf. This does not include refurb/used goods.

10.1 Price match does not include company's outside of London.

10.2 Price match does not include companies without a company number.

10.4 Price match does not include other companies discounts/special offers or vouchers.

11. Benchmarking

We sometimes use benchmarking software to test how reliable your PC, laptop or Mac is. This software can sometimes use your hardware to mine for cryptocurrency. As we do not charge this service and it pays for the electric used to test your system. The software will be turned off and uninstalled after our tests are complete. Please let us know if you are not happy with this and we can tell you the cost for benchmarking.

Ebay/Amazon Marketplace Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are for buying and selling on eBay and do not this affect your statutory rights.

1. General

1.1 All our products are brand new unless stated.

1.2 Seller is not responsible for lost or damaged packages if uninsured.

1.3 Serious bidder only! Your bid is contract. Do not bid if you do not agree to all terms in this auction.

1.4 We reserve the right to cancel bids from a bidder.

1.5 You will be contacted via email within 12 hours after auction ends.

 

2. Payment

2.1 Immediate PayPal payment is required.

2.2 If using PayPal please contact me ASAP or it will cost you more money. Due to surcharge costs.

2.3 Payment must be received within 5 days of the auction closing.

2.4 If no contact or payment if made, negative feedback will be left along with filing a non-paying bidder.

2.5 There are some exceptions and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

2.6 Personal checks must clear before item is sent.

2.7 If you pay via bankers or personal cheque please wait 7-10 working days to clear.

2.8 International bidders can only pay via PayPal.

2.9 Please remember that there is 4% surcharge on purchases.

 

3. Shipping

3.1 Buyer pays for all postage costs.

3.2 The fee you pay includes the 1st Class or Courier weight fee. The cost of the envelope, address label, and/or other packaging materials. A contribution: to the staff time to pack and prepare the goods, the petrol costs to take the item to the main post office point, ink from printers, insurance to protect us from missing, stolen and fraudulent transactions.

3.3 The item is shipped within 1-3 business day upon receipt of payment to the UK, 7 – 10 days for all Worldwide shipping.

3.4 Please check Shipping cost.

3.5 If you are buying more than one item I will allow a discount on postage.

3.6 If NO insurance is paid for in shipping. Don’t come to me for a refund I will not cover you!

3.7 I do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays unless you need it URGENT!

3.8 Royal Mail postage increment will also take effect, you will be informed at the time of dispatch.

3.9 International Sellers MUST PUT INSURANCE ON THE PRODUCT if not than I will not be held responsible. In some cases I will void the transaction.

5. Return

5.1 If a return is approved, the bidder pays for the return shipping cost.

5.2 25% re stocking fee if applied on both item and packaging cost.

5.3 If you product comes under the electronic section you will have to contact the manufacturer to RMA it. Please email me if this is the case.

5.4 Returns are only allowed if the product is not what is in the product description.

5.5 A Return will not be approved if the item is not compatible with your other product or you.

5.6 You must have a valid reason for a return with proof.

5.7 If a sealed item is opened I will not give refund

 

6. Last but not least

6.1 Make sure you read the entire auction carefully!

6.2 If I feel you are messing around or are not being serious I have the right to refuse service to you.

6.4 Evidence of item and postage may be taken during postage. This can include images or video packing.
