Is work guaranteed?
Yes.
Three months (90 days) on Hardware.
One month (30 days) on Software.
One year manufacturers warranty unless stated otherwise.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, you will get an invoice for all work and products carried out. It will either be brought with the engineer or sent to your email/home address.
Is there a callout charge?
No, there is never a callout charge.
Do you repair Apple Mac Pc’s & Linux?
Yes, we repair both Macs & Linux/Unix based machines
Do you repair Peripherals such as Printers, Scanners and faxes?
Yes if its a software issue. If it is a hardware problem we will have a look at it and report the issue back to you.
What happens if you cant fix/repair the PC’s?
We currently have a 99% repair rate but on the very rare occasion you will be given a few options from our engineers on a solution.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No, just contact us 1 hour before via phone or email to rearrange.

What are your payment methods?
We accept payment in cash, by cheque (with guarantee card) and we also accept all major credit and debit cards via paypal/google checkout. A full receipt will be given.
Do you charge for travelling time?
No. We do not charge for travelling time.
Do you have any service centres where we can bring our equipment for repair?
Yes, you can drop your equipment for repair and servicing. In most cases, we collect, fix and return PCs
Do you give discounts?
Yes we give a fixed discounts to OAP’s and Registered charities. We also have special offer rates from month to month.
Do you charge by the hour?
No we do not, are fee is fixed.
How can I advertise on your page?
